Common questions
What are your shipping times?
We ship within 3–5 business days from our workshop in Poland. All orders come with tracking. Free shipping on EU orders over €150.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — we accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just get in touch and we'll arrange everything, no questions asked.
Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?
All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified — independently tested, free from harmful substances, safe for the most sensitive skin. Ball pit balls are BPA-free.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Yes — we work with retailers and trade partners across the EU. Reach out with your details and we'll send you our wholesale catalogue and pricing.
Can I customise products or order in bulk?
We offer custom colour and pattern options, and white-label collections for larger orders. Send us a message with your requirements and we'll talk through what's possible.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. We ship directly to your customers on your behalf — no warehouse needed. Contact us to discuss integration options including Baselinker.
Are covers machine washable?
Yes — all our sofa and bean bag covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. We recommend using a laundry bag and gentle cycle.
